- Provide a shipping address and/or Warehouse Ownership/Rent Proof
- Foreign Exchange Bank Reference
- Proof of Taxable Entrepreneur (PKP)
- Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
- Power of Attorney for signing the Sale-Purchase Contract, if the official concerned is not listed in the Notary Deed.
- Fill out the Prospective Consumer Form provided by PT BPI

a. All aspects of product dimensions are in mm (thickness, width, length for flat products, cross-sectional size, diameter, length for long products).

a. The use (end use) of the product should be clearly stated, such as processing, conditions (hot or cold), processing direction (length or width, dimensions, severity of processing, welding method and machining).
